Meet Holly
Hi, I’m Holly! I’m passionate about Pilates, movement, and I love staying active. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me coffee in hand, spending time with my partner, friends, and family or walking or running along the Yarra, and making the most of Melbourne’s food scene — especially good coffee and dinners out.
I’m a qualified Osteopath and Pilates instructor, trained in both matwork and equipment through Unite Health. My love for Pilates and movement started after a low back injury during high school rowing, which led me to really appreciate how powerful good movement and strength can be.
I now teach both reformer and clinical Pilates, combining my osteopathy background with a passion for helping people feel strong, confident and comfortable in their bodies.
After noticing a gap in Pilates instructor training, I’m keen to help instructors feel more confident modifying and cueing for different injuries. With experience across clinical, fitness and rehab Pilates, I love helping instructors upskill and support a wide range of clients.
Pilates for Injuries — Cueing with Confidence
Take your teaching to the next level with my online Pilates course designed for instructors who want to confidently and safely support clients with injuries.
This course will deepen your understanding of anatomy, injury classification, and injury-specific modifications, empowering you to deliver classes that are inclusive, adaptable, and effective.
You'll receive further information on cueing for injuries — tailoring your language, exercise choices, and class flow to accommodate common injuries such as low back pain, shoulder conditions, pelvic pain, hip and knee issues, and more.
In addition to self-paced modules, you’ll have the option to reach out to me for extra help and support, especially to discuss real client scenarios, and build practical confidence in applying your knowledge.
By the end, you’ll walk away with the tools to:
Modify and progress exercises safely for various injuries
Use targeted cueing to enhance movement quality and client confidence
Strengthen your applied anatomy skills for real-world teaching
This is the perfect blend of self paced education, 1:1 help, and practical application for Pilates instructors who want to elevate their teaching and truly make a difference in their clients’ movement journeys.
